1. Please note that most of our products are custom-made or personalized according to your specifications, and are marked as such in the product description. Custom-made products are not eligible for returns unless they are faulty or damaged.

2. If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please email us at info@zariaai.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will then provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.

3. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your non-customized product without giving any reason.

4. To initiate a return of a non-customized product, please email us at info@zariaai.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.

5. The non-customized product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, unused and undamaged, along with all accessories, tags, and labels.

6. You are responsible for the cost of returning the non-customized product.

7. Please note that we will not reimburse you for the shipping cost of returning the non-customized product.

8. Once we receive the non-customized product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy requirements. If the return is approved, we will issue a refund for the full purchase price within 14 days.
